At first glance, the BLEACH BLONDE BEACH BABES seem like a paradox. The founding members are neither blonde nor do they live by the sea.

Their sound, on the other hand, is unmistakably shaped by surf and psych-rock influences: Driving garage rhythms, dreamy melodies, and punky-pop vocals backed by the warm guitar sound of the late ‘60s. A ride into the future with the sound of the past: these are the BABES.

Founded in 2019, the band has performed various shows in and around Zurich. Highlights include the sold-out release show at Langstrassen-Kultur and support for Endless Boogie (US) at Bogen F.

In addition, four first singles were released on popular streaming platforms in 2021/22.

The band is currently working on their EP Below the Horizon which was set to be released in spring 24.
